What is Gumby Gumby?

Gumby Gumby powdered dried leaves capsules are made by Gumby Gumby Australia, from cool-drying and cool-powdering the leaves of the Pittosporum Angustifolium Tree.

It is simply a natural traditional food and is NOT a drug. So, it can be taken with anything natural and normal, just like any other food.

What's in the capsule?

We are the only producer of Gumby Gumby in Australia, that has gone to great expense to have a thorough analysis done by University of Queensland (UQ).

From UQ’s analysis we have been able to develop our Nutrition Information label, which outlines its important characteristics, highlighting energy levels, carbohydrates, dietary fibre, Vitamins B & C, Folate, important essential Minerals and Phenolics, such as Saponins, Tannins, Flavonoids and Carotenoids.

Notice, that there is nothing toxic in Gumby Gumby.

The History of Gumby Gumby

You are encouraged to do your own research about what other experienced people say about Gumby Gumby (or sometimes spelt Gumbi Gumbi), on the internet.

For many centuries, Australia’s Aboriginal peoples have used Gumby Gumby as a natural traditional food, for the benefit of having a healthy diet, much like us Westerners eat foods like lemons, grapefruit, various leaves and roots of plants.

There is growing interest worldwide in the traditional food knowledge of Australia’s Aboriginal tribes, such as in foods like the Kakadu Plum and Gumby Gumby.  In particular much interest has centred on the very rare Gumby Gumby tree.

There are 2 main Classifications of the tree, Pittosporum Phillyraeoides and Pittosporum Angustifolium, but the variety prized for its constituent properties is Pittosporum Angustifolium, with its 19 known botanical varieties of this tree… all of which contain beneficial qualities.

How to take Gumby Gumby

I personally take 2 Gumby Gumby (Pittosporum Angustifolium) powdered dried leaves capsules, DIRECTLY AFTER food & 2 glasses of water at Breakfast & 2 Gumby Gumby capsules DIRECTLY AFTER food & 2 glasses of water, at Dinner time or Lunch. You can also spread out your intake after Breakfast, after Lunch, and after evening Dinner.

Important NOTE: If you feel that these 00 size capsules might be too large for you personally, there is an experienced Nurses trick of the trade, by putting one at a time UNDER the front of your tongue, and NOT on top of your tongue… and then drink water to swallow.
